Welcome to ZURICH. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:



1. General

• These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made by ZURICH, whether online or in-store.

• By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms in full.



2. Product Information

• All perfumes are guaranteed 100% genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers.

• Product descriptions and images are for reference; actual packaging may vary.



3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated).

• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and approved Wallets.

• Orders will only be processed upon successful payment confirmation.

• ZURICH reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.



4. Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days, subject to availability.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location.

• Customers must provide accurate address details; ZURICH is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.



5. Returns & Refunds Policy



1. Eligibility – Only sealed, unused, and unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for return.

2. Now please make sure to record a video while unboxing your purchase, as this is the only proof we can accept for damaged or incorrect items.

3. Time Frame – Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

4. Damaged/Defective Products – If the product is received damaged or defective, a replacement or refund will be arranged after verification.

5. Non-Returnable Items – Used perfumes, opened packaging, or items bought during clearance sales are strictly non-returnable.

6. Return Process – Customers must contact ZURICH customer care with order details before initiating a return.

7. Refunds – Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection.

8. Return Shipping – In cases of wrong or defective items, ZURICH bears the return shipping cost; for all other valid returns, the customer bears the return courier charges.



6. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must check the order upon delivery and report any discrepancies immediately.

• ZURICH will not be liable for complaints raised after the return period.



7. Limitation of Liability

• ZURICH is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by perfumes. Customers are advised to check ingredients before use.

• No liability is accepted for delays or non-performance caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., courier delays, natural calamities).



8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kannur.
